SALES ADMINISTRATOR
We have an excellent opportunity for a confident individual with a can-do attitude to work for our client based on the outskirts of Huntingdon as a Sales Administrator.
You must be comfortable making outbound calls to clients to make appointments, sourcing new opportunities for the sales team and supporting them with administration duties.
There is the opportunity of progression for the right individual.
Duties will include:
·Producing documentation on Word and Excel
·Using clients' on-line portals for order processing
·Inputting and processing sales orders
·Liaising with hauliers and logistics to arrange deliveries
·Making outbound telesales calls
·Maintaining accurate records
·All aspects of administration
You will need up to date IT skills, excellent communication both verbal and written, the ability to build customer relationships, strong attention to detail, previous administration experience and be highly organised.
The hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. The starting salary is £18,000 per annum.
