Our client based in St Ives is looking to recruit an Insurance Advisor on a full time permanent basis, working 9.00am-17.30pm.
You will be responsible for maximising customer sales, service and retention. You will be expected to make inbound and outbound calls and provide excellent customer service and effective administration for all customers through a variety of communication channels.
The successful candidate will:
- Effectively manage customers enquiries
- Maximise retention targets
- Manage time effectively to meet required business targets
- Effectively communicate with customers to provide relevant product information
- Use all relevant information to maximise opportunities to cross sell and up sell insurance products
- Understand business issues and recommend solutions to improve
