Our client based in Peterborough is looking to recruit a Client Administrator on a full time permanent basis. You will provide admin support on all aspects of Marketing Campaigns and provide reporting on key areas within the campaign to Client Account Management.

The successful candidate will:

  • Build strong relationships with clients and marketing companies
  • Provide administration support
  • Liaise and keep up dated the Media and events function
  • Be the first point of contact for any queries
  • Provide appropriate reporting and analysis
  • Provide KPI reporting
  • Deal with complaint management
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Be responsible for setting up and processing new campaign operations
  • Responsible for stock management
  • Work with clients to design campaign propositions and collateral such as pitch cards
  • Be competent in IT and Microsoft Office
