Our client based in a village between Huntingdon and St Neots are recruiting for a new member of their team, working within a small successful family run business: -

• Customer Sales Assistant
• Temporary to Permanent
• £9.23 - £11.28 per hour - plus bonus

  • Full-time or Part-Time (to include working every other Saturday)

• Free Parking
• On-site full kitchen facilities available

Main duties to include: -
• Representing our client's company as the first point of customer contact
• Assisting new and existing customers with sales of the company's services and products
• Accompanying on-site visits with customers
• Handling customer enquiries and advising the best option for their needs
• Marketing - updating and expanding social media/digital platforms
• Ensuring all facility standards are maintained

Administration duties to include: -
• Managing reception area
• Processing customer card and cash payments
• Invoicing/stock control/ordering

Essential skills: -
• Be a car owner - due to the location of the business
• Excellent written and verbal communicator
• Ensuring a great leave of customer service at all time
• Excellent telephone manner
• A great team-player who will assist the business where needed and able to work on your own initiative
• Entrepreneurial spirit to move the business forward and develop your own career within the company.
