Assembly Production Worker
£10.58 per hour (£22,000)
Our client based in St Ives is looking to recruit a couple of candidates that have experience within manufacturing, mechanical assembly, machine operating and general tool room usage. The post is full time on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for somebody who thrives in a fast paced engineering environment.
Key Skills and Responsibilities for the Assembly Production Worker
Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment to assemble units according to required specifications in a specific area of a production line.
Ability to run large moulding machinery
The willingness to learn about the moulding and how to make moulds
To ensure quality, checking for faulty components during the assembly and machining process
High attention to detail
Be able to work on your own, with minimum supervision, as well as working within a team when required.
The company is a well established Engineering / Manufacturing company and they offer training and the ability to progress into other departments.
The hours of work for the Assembly Production Worker are either 7am to 3pm or 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
