Our client based near to Swavesey has an exciting opportunity for a Complaints and Claims Co-ordinator to join them on a full time, permanent basis. As Complaints and Claims Co-ordinator you will be responsible for processing and update all investigation claims.
The successful candidate will:
- Process and update all claims
- Liaise with insurance companies and stakeholders
- Deal with customer complaints
- Perform all relevant administrative duties
- Have excellent customer service
- Work well under pressure
- Be organised and efficient
