Our client based in Huntingdon is looking to recruit a HR Administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to progress into Human Resource, providing support to the Senior HR Administrator.

The successful candidate will:

  • Maintain records and ensure personnel files are kept up to date
  • Prepare offer letters and contracts of employment
  • Input and maintain information on the system e.g. sickness records, probation, starters/leavers
  • Process monthly payroll amendments
  • Recruitment administration including references, DBS checks, medical questionnaires
  • Support HR Director, Senior HR Administrator and MD as required
  • Be an active member of the Sports & Social Committed
  • Keep Certificates, Accreditations and Policies available and up to date
  • Liaising with printers, compiling new starter packs
  • Maintain Health & Safety Files e.g. accident reporting
  • Ad hoc tasks and projects as required
  • Establish good relationship with external suppliers e.g. recruitment agencies
  • Assisting the process of yearly pay review


  • Background in HR administration (desirable)
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good understanding of maths and English
  • Be organised and work efficiently
  • Strong time management
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
