Sales & Marketing Manager
This position is to manage the Sales and Marketing team to achieve market led strategic change. You will be accountable for growing revenue, increasing market share and contributing to company growth and profitability. The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead internal and external marketing plans and focus on customer value with an integrated approach.
•Planning the marketing strategy including trade shows
•Planning the development strategy with AE Manager
•Planning the regional sales strategy
•Communicating with customers for the sales issues in EMEA
•Pricing the standard models with Steering Committee members
Key skills/experience required:
•Plan and manage market research to gather data in order to recommend strategies to the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to.

oContribute to company growth and profitability.
oIdentify new opportunities for growth within existing and new market sectors
•Coordinate the agreed Strategy to meet the objectives with clear targets
•Manage the Sales and Marketing to action the objectives by utilising resources effectively
•Formulate tactics needed to gain buy in from the rest of the team into the company vision and direction
•Analyse and assess the process of going to market and how they perform within it
•Develop an internal and external marketing plan
•To lead Sales team to develop appropriate conditions of sale
•To monitor and analyse sales trends against plan and budget utilising marketing metrics
•Monitor the sales team performance
•Manage the Sales and marketing team to develop a market led approach
•Manage the marketing team tactical marketing activity such as
•Training and developing a market approach into our team
•Carry out any other duties reasonably requested to the best of your ability
•To communicate effectively with other departments to resolve issues as required
•To ensure departmental staff comply with company policies and procedures
•To develop good industrial relations and to build team spirit
This Sales and Marketing Manager role is ideal for a candidate with a bias towards the marketing aspects of the role, who ideally will have worked within the technical/manufacturing sectors.
