Our client who is based in Huntingdon is looking to recruit a Customer Consultant on a temp to perm basis. This position is full time and will be to start as soon as possible. It is great opportunity to introduce you into the world of Customer Service with full training provided to a high standard.
The successful candidate will:
Be able to react swiftly to all incoming calls and emails.
Be polite, professional and empathise with the customer
Log data accurately adhering to regulations
Deal with enquiries from clients
Ensure full knowledge of any information systems or procedures used to assist customers is up to date at all times
Customer Service experience is desirable but not essential,
Parking available on site.
Local to Huntingdon Train Station.
