Our prestigious client based in Huntingdon - Cambridgeshire is looking for a top notch Receptionist with excellent customer service and ICT skills to join their team

Purpose of the job:
As our Receptionist you will provide outstanding customer service across the organisation by delivering and supporting colleagues to deliver expert administration and advice in a timely and effective manner whilst maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity.
You will act as first point of contact for the business, dealing with enquiries from internal and external parties. This role will suit an individual with front of house management experience looking for the next step in their career in a fast paced, customer facing environment.

Qualifications required:
Five 9-5 GCSE's including Maths and English or equivalent
A qualification in a relevant subject ie: NVQ would be advantageous

Responsibilities
Provide administration support to the support team. To liaise with other departments on basic administrative and/or operational matters
Respond to telephone and e mail enquiries accurately and in a professional manner
Sort, screen and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, as directed
Meet & greet all those entering the building in a warm, professional and polite manner
Be the first point for E-Payslip queries, supporting via e mail or telephone
Procurement of office essentials including stationary and management of the budget that this comes from
Attend and participate in regular team meetings as appropriate and training to keep up-to-date with current legislation, policies and procedures and other relevant guidance

Internal Team and Broader Responsibilities
Be compliant with the Company employee policies and procedures.
Provide support for other colleagues when necessary.
Proactively participate in the Company Appraisal process.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality and integrity at all times.
Provide effective cover for all members of the Support team during absence of members of the team.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
