Our client who is based in town centre Huntingdon - Cambridgeshire is looking to recruit a Customer Consultant on a temp to perm basis to join their dynamic team

This position is full time and will be to start as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be able to react swiftly to all incoming calls and e mails
  • Have excellent computer skills
  • Be polite, professional and empathise with the customer
  • Log data accurately adhering to regulations
  • Deal with enquiries from clients effectively and efficiently
  • Ensure full knowledge of any information systems or procedures used to assist customers is up to date at all times
  • Have a Customer Service background and be reliable
