Production Operator
£Negotiable plus benefits
Main Purpose of the Production Operator
To assemble and pack products. Test, fault find and repair (where applicable) production products.
Main Tasks of the Production Operator
•Final quality inspection
•Accurate recording of data
•Electro-mechanical assembly
•Operating PC-driven test systems
•Material handling
•Quality Control as directed
•Pick and packing of goods
Key skills/experience required for the Production Operator
•Ability to use hand assembly tools is essential
•Good hand soldering skills is desirable, however training will be given
•Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and work both independently and as part of a team
•Ability to follow assembly drawings and procedures is desirable, however full training will be given
•Flexible work ethic with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
•Good attention to detail, with a desire to maintain and improve quality standards
•Basic PC literacy (training will be given)
