The top talent out there is available for an average of 10 days before getting hired by a business. This is why it is important that you act quickly when attracting talent to your business. There is no point is making the effort to attract the right talent, then the length of the recruitment process putting the candidate off, or result in them snapping up a job elsewhere.

It is also important to note that 86% of the most qualified candidates for your job roles are not actively seeking a new job and are currently employed. This means they will not be looking in the local press, in the media or online for a new job. You need to consider other ways of attracting talent like this.
