Caroline is the Operations Lead at Point and has been an integral part of the business since 2005. Over the years, she has taken on a wide range of responsibilities, from supporting consultants to assisting with payroll, resourcing candidates, managing reception and ensuring our office is fully stocked up with supplies.
Caroline’s versatility, reliability, and deep understanding of how the business runs make her an invaluable support to Will and the wider team. Her role ensures the day-to-day operation at Point runs smoothly.
Fun Fact: Caroline was born in the same hospital in the same year as David Beckham. He should be honoured.
