Overseeing the day-to-day finance operations including payroll, invoicing, credit control and management reporting, Monica is a meticulous and solutions focused accounts professional, ensuring clients are billed accurately, contractors and suppliers are paid on time, all whilst ensuring the business remains fully compliant.
She partners closely with Will on budgeting and forecasting, providing clear financial insight that supports the business and will help us continue to grow sustainably.
Fun Fact: Monica used to Dance up to a very high standard entering various competitions whilst in university. These days, when you can’t find her crunching numbers behind a desk, you might find her on the dance floor of a local bar reliving her youth!
