Will has been involved with Point since 2014, starting as a Consultant working his way up to Branch Manager, eventually acquiring the business in April 2025 and becoming Managing Director.
Drawing on extensive experience in recruitment, Will oversees the strategic direction and growth of the company, ensuring we continue to deliver results whilst maintaining our level of exceptional service we are known for.
Under Will’s direction, Point continues to evolve into a more modern, premium brand, expanding across wider Cambridgeshire.
Fun fact: When Will isn’t running Point, you might find him on the mats of a Cambridge-based Jiu Jitsu academy getting crushed by absolutely everyone.
